Today I am sharing my 5 favorite health and wellness beauty tips. If you caught my last post on my favorite things, today I am following up with 2014 Overall Health and Wellness tips with Walgreens must haves.
Soft, Radiant & Healthy Hair and Skin: Grab a jar of unrefined coconut oil. Use it on your skin as a moisturizing lotion. A little bit goes a long way, just massage a small amount into palm of hands and into skin. Also use on skin in the shower before you exfoliate and shave. Also use as a conditioner, applying 2 teaspoons to hair 1 to 2 hours before washing.
One-A-Day: Add a multivitamin to your daily routine. It takes all of two seconds to give your daily routine a helping boost. Here’s the hardest part of taking a multivitamin. Pick the right vitamin for you. Take a stroll down to Walgreens pharmacy and ask the pharmacist for a recommendation. From a women’s, men’s, prenatal, postnatal, to a menopause specific pill you want something that will benefit you best.
Brighten & Whiten: Take those teeth to another level with Colgate Optic White Toothbrush + Whitening Pen Medium. Brush like ordinary using this new Colgate optic white toothbrush. Finish off with the whitening pen just swipe on the gel and your done. Watch your teeth visibly whiten within a week.
Mutli-Tasker: Makeup made simple with easy 2-in-1 products. Try a lip and cheek combo, voluminous and lengthening mascara, or a powder and coverage face powder.
White Out: Freshen and brighten your eyes with a pop of white. Use a white toned eye shadow on eyelids and white eyeliner on the water line (lower lid) will give tired eyes a fresh look.
