Add some garden to your meals with a delicious Green Bean Casserole. This Thanksgiving staple, has made it’s way into the rotation as a side dish to a couple of meals a week. The best part is even with a family of five we can have green bean casserole for a couple of meals. - 5 cups sliced green beans
- 1/2 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 Container Fried Onions
- 1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix together green beans, sour cream, condensed soup, fried onions (save a small portion for topping) salt and pepper. Stir butter and crushed crackers sprinkle over casserole.
Bake 25 minutes, sprinkle remainder fried onions bake and additional 5 minutes. Serve.
