College Books for Rent

The average college student will spend $800 on books for back-to-school. When the semester is over the value for resale is approximately 30% cash back.  If you do the math on $800 worth of books you can expect about $240 back and that’s if your lucky.  When I was in school I struggled to purchase the books I needed and my parents ended up footing the bill.   The alternative to buying your textbooks rent them.

Are you a college student in need of books this semester?  Campus Book Rentals offers books for a semester, quarter or the summer for a fraction of the books retail price.  They also offer a 30 day 100% money back guarantee, in case you drop a class or need a different book.  And you don’t have to worry about shipping, that’s free.

I don’t have a college student {yet} but I do homeschool and while browsing  their selection of books I stumbled on curriculum my son is using for 6th grade.   A book I had passed on because of it’s steep price can be rented for $24.00.  This is a great alternative to purchasing curriculum, I was hesitant to purchase originally.

Another great plus about Campus Book Rentals they have partnered with Operation Smile and are donating over 1,000 life saving cleft lip surgeries this year to children in need. For every book rented this year Campus Book Rentals will donate a portion to their Making A Difference program with Operation Smile.  You can read more about their mission here.
