CopyCat Gringo Dip (54th Street Grill)

This is a copycat recipe for Gringo Dip from 54th Street Grill.  I played around with this recipe a bit before I was happy with it.  Another slightly different version of this is the zesty spinach chili cheese dip I posted last week to go with chicken strips.

  1. Michelle, it’s 2017 & I hope you still monitor comments for this recipe.
I was wondering if I could just dump the these ingredients into a crock pot on low then add Cilantro when almost completely melted so I don’t kill it’s flavor? We are tired of cooking and leftovers and just want a day of noshing small bites like dips, bbq Lil’Smokies, sliced Veggies, etc. If you could email me if possible? Thanks so much.
p.s. the creamed spinach is genius!
