Packing For Spring Break With OshKosh B’gosh #BreakForSpring

OshKosh B'Gosh style

I am a member of the Everywhere Society and Everywhere has provided me with compensation for this post. This post is sponsored by OshKosh B’Gosh; however, all thoughts and opinions expressed are my own.

It’s T minus 3 days before we head off on our epic spring break adventure. I started prepping for the week-long trip today only to realize my youngest was in need of a spring wardrobe. He seems to have grown immensely since the last time he was in shorts. As much as I love hand-me-downs with my boys, it seems we have so mush to replace.  I headed to OshKosh B’gosh to take advantage of the new spring kids fashion selection and the ever popular door buster deals for my four-year old.

My little guy spends most of his time running, jumping and being a kid. I look for those stylish pieces that are soft and comfortable for him. He fell in love with this OshKosh B’gosh Raglan Tee the minute I put it on him. It pairs perfectly with the Chambray flat front shorts. I adore this classic and comfortable kids style. The warm days and cool nights make long sleeves and shorts a necessity to pack this spring break.

OshKosh The perfect outfits
I depend on the OshKosh B’gosh adjustable waistband bottoms to keep him from literally loosing his shorts and these flat front shorts are just the right cut. We have no issues with OshKosh B’gosh bunching up in the thigh and leg area even though we have to take them in a ton at the waist.
OshKosh clothes to play in
For cooler days I like to pair the OshKosh B’gosh denim straight leg jeans with OshKosh henley tops. The lightweight tops keep him from overheating and go perfectly layered. Seriously the cutest boys style in all the land.

Pack quality pieces
Good fabric pieces that don’t look to fade, start pilling and stain easily. Think realistically about the activities you have planned for spring break. I find that the Raglan and henley tops are great fabric pieces for my little ones.

Don’t Under Pack
If you are away for four days and three nights, pack for 8 days. It’s best to have two changes of clothes per day.

Mix and Match
Who doesn’t love a mix and match wardrobe. Consider that you may be able to get away with wearing a pair of jeans more than once.  Having comfortable pieces that go together makes it easier to stretch a wardrobe.

Layering
Layering is one of my favorite looks especially for boys. Who says it’s not fun to dress boys?! It is so much fun, especially when you add layering to the mix. I love the look of denim on denim, paired with a color block shirt. You can make a small wardrobe look even bigger with layering pieces. Keep from needing jackets by having button-front shirts on hand.

  1. I love Osh Kosh and my little one is in need of a spring wardrobe. I’m trying to remind myself not to go over board. The bold colors and great prints make it so hard.
