Super Bowl Snacks inspiration

I have had super bowl snacks on the brain since last week.  We have been invited to two parties this Sunday.  I really try not to show up anywhere empty handed.  Especially since we are a family of five.  Need a little inspiration?  I will conquer these Saturday. Do you have a party to go to or are you hosting your own Super Bowl fun?

Pineapple Cheese Ball:
cream cheese
crushed pineapple {well drained}
powdered sugar {to taste}
green onion
chopped ham
chopped pecans
This is a quick fun recipe.  You can literally make your own version of this, by remitting or adding in your fave’s.  Mix all ingredients together except chopped pecans.  Once your ingredients are thoroughly mixed, roll into a ball.  Roll the ball onto the chopped pecans.  Wrap in saran wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. I make this the night before in about 15 minutes.  Serve with crackers.

Creamy Grape Dessert:
green seedless grapes
red seedless grapes
Chiobani Greek yogurt
cream cheese, softened
vanilla extract
brown sugar
chopped walnuts (or pecans)
Here is another quick throw together snack.  It is amazingly good and tastes best after it has been in the fridge overnight.

Football cupcakes:
Adorable, these seem simple enough.

  2. Wow, these snacks look great. We didn’t have those kinds of snacks for our super bowl Sunday. In fact, I’m pretty sure we didn’t have snacks at all. We were eating dinner and then had to rush home to get the kiddos in bed. I’m sure your snack choices were tasty. At least they look it. šŸ™‚
