In my entire 32 years of existence, I have never whitened my teeth. I don’t drink coffee and don’t didn’t realize I had stained teeth. I look at pictures and in the mirror but it was never obvious to me that they where not the pearly whites I grew up with. I had the opportunity to try Smile Brilliant LED teeth whitening kit and rushed off to give it a shot. I had no clue my teeth were so yellow. I really hate even saying it, because it bugs me that I didn’t notice it.
The whitening process is very easy. Apply the bleaching gel, insert the trays and insert the LED light over (it’s super light weight and easy to hold in your mouth). I left it alone for 20 minutes and then took the LED off. I left the trays in another 30 minutes and rinsed out my mouth. Seriously, I now have white teeth and cannot tell you how ashamed I am to not have whitened my teeth before now.
