Experience San Antonio Zoo Beastly Breakfast

I’m trying to soak in every last bit of summer with my kids. This time last year I was in my last trimester, glued to my air conditioner and dreaming of what our lives would be like with four kids. Some would think having a baby would slow you down, but we’ve actually had more adventures this year than ever before. Somehow this baby seamlessly slid into our lives and we haven’t skipped a beat. Our summer has been filled with so many experiences and adventures that I really don’t want summer to end. We are squeezing in every last bit of fun these last couple of weeks.

As part of the San Antonio Zoos blog ambassadors my family was invited to the media preview of the newest experience. The Beastly Breakfast takes you to the Savanna where you have the opportunity to feast with the most gentle beasts.

Beastly Breakfast With the Giraffes

The San Antonio Zoo is offering an experience of a lifetime to get up close and personal with your favorite gentle giants. Reserve your spot for an intimate all-you-care-to-eat breakfast in the Savanna. Breakfast includes eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, a yogurt bar, pastries, and refreshments.

After you’ve had your fill you will be introduced to the giraffe Animal Care Specialist to learn more about the three giraffes, Cosmo, Alan, and Brayden.

Meet these sweet faces up close and personal for a feeding of three lettuce leaves per person. Take pictures and enjoy the one-on-one experience of a lifetime.
