Did you know the IRS pushed tax season back to January 30th (as opposed to January 22nd). It’s only eight days but it’s still worth noting.

Tax season couldn’t get here any faster. Last month I told you how excited I was about tax season being around the corner. There are a few benefits to being a tax payer. That child credit is a big help, especially considering how much actually goes out every year. I must say, I have come to depend on our tax return. It actually helps us get our year started off right. The one thing I don’t like is the amount of time it can take receive our return in the mail. This year we have turned to a faster option. I will be using a Visa Prepaid card. My 2012 tax refund will go directly onto my Visa Prepaid card quicker and more convenient than waiting for the mail.
