I took Brody and Dom out yesterday to run a few errands. We opted to grab frozen yogurt as a reward to all three of us for surviving those torturous. Peruse Your Options First
Orange Leaf like most other Frozen Yogurt shops have an array of tempting toppings. It’s easy to stroll through and layer all that delectable goodness. Before you make any choices, start from the toppings and take a few mental notes of your favorite toppings. Really you don’t need three syrups, when one will do the trick.

Opt For a Kids Cup
That huge cup seems like the perfect portion, right? Skip the “one size for all” and go for the kids portion cup.

Less is More
Don’t layer too many flavors. Pick one or two flavors at most and pile on more frozen yogurt than candy toppings. Frozen yogurt can improve your immune system and digestive system.

Toppings
Add fruit and nuts, but skip the candy.
