The Fairy Hobmother stopped by

Do you believe in magical places,  fairy tales, or even a fairy hobmother?

I must say that there is a part of me that misses out on all of the magical stuff that goes along with having a daughter.  My three boys wouldn’t dare let me sprinkle fairy dust into their lives.  But the girl in me still loves a great fairy tale, especially a fairy tale ending.

I have to start with the back story on my visit from a fairy.  I have seen other bloggers talk about a Fairy Hobmother, I was curious.  Most only said that the Fairy Hobmother paid them a visit and that if I wanted a visit, I should leave a comment and maybe I would be lucky enough to get a little gift from the Fairy.

Still not sure what all that meant or what I would get out of it.

A few months back a friend of mine blogged that a Fairy Hobmother visited her and she got Amazon cash in exchange for a blog post letting everyone know.  I left a comment and to my surprise I had an email from Matt (aka the Fairy Hobmother) telling me that the Fairy Hobmother wanted to give me a little gift in exchange for a mention on my blog.

Pretty Clever Fairy Hobmother!

This was not one of the average emails we get daily asking for a sponsored post.  This was just an email asking if I would mention that I had a visit with a little note and a link to the fairy overlords.  The Fairy Hobmother was giving me a $50 gift card.

Plain and simple!

So if you’d would like a visit from the Fairy Hobmother and  Amazon Cash in exchange for a blog post.  Leave a comment on this post with a link to your blog and maybe you will get a visit too.
