Whataburger Monterey Melt Bloguero Mixer #DaleKick

Getting invited to the San Antonio Whataburger bloguero mixer is what dreams are made of. Will blog for food is an understatement when it comes to Whataburger. I love me some Whataburger! If you are a Texan there is most likely a soft spot in your heart for a delicioso made to order Whataburger hamburguesa. As a little girl my dad took us to Whataburger weekly, as an adult it became my 24 hour hot spot.

I was thrilled to have the opportunity to hangout with my San Antonio bloguero peeps for an evening at Whataburger. Lots of laughs and amazing food, just check out the #DaleKick hashtag. I got the chance to taste test the Monterey Melt. A two beef patty, American, Monterey Jack, grilled peppers, onions and jalapeno ranch burger. If you love a cheesy burger with a little kick, this is the burger for you. I wasn’t completely sold on the idea of this burger, until it arrived and I had the opportunity to get my hands on it. It’s truly a delicious cheesy burger with a creamy jalapeno ranch sauce. The sauce and peppers aren’t overbearing and don’t take away from the savory two 100% all beef patties.
