We Indulged At The SeaWorld Seven Seas Food Festival San Antonio

Thank you to SeaWorld San Antonio for providing tickets to experience Seven Seas Food Festival. 

Take full advantage of SeaWorld San Antonio by feasting through the Seven Seas Food Festival happening every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday through May 30, 2022. I’m sharing all of the details to make the most of your visit.

The food festival takes you through a sampling of international flavors while you enjoy everything you love about SeaWorld. Snag the budget friendly option of a single day ticket plus the Seven Seas 3 Item Lanyard (this is a limited time offer at $60.00). There is also a 10 and 15 sampler tasting option to choose from, this is a great addition to your SeaWorld San Antonio tickets and allows you to really indulge in the flavors throughout the park.

As you enjoy the park you can choose from over 60 samples of food or beverages (including beer, wine, and cocktails) at each SeaWorld Food Festival booth. There are ten tasting booths to stop through; Hawaii, Brazil, Japan, Korea, Jamaica, Greece, Italy, Germany, France, and Mexico.

Each booth has multiple options, desserts, and drinks.

You receive a lanyard that has your available number of samples you can get. Each sample counts as (1) item and one punch on your lanyard. So whether you choose a Mai Tai in Hawaii, or the Mini lamb burger in Greece each item is (1) punch on your lanyard. For my family we shared and grazed, so everyone chose a different item at each booth we stopped through. It was exciting to try new foods and compare our favorites. I have picky eaters, so I knew this would be a fun way for them to try something they might not usually order, with no pressure.

There are so many options to choose from, even with 2 adults and 3 kids we indulged and shared samples with 15 samples between us all and it was plenty filling and fun.

Japan

The sticky ribs in Japan were a clear winner for my family, my boys circled through for seconds. I personally loved the chicken gyoza dumplings.

Chicken Gyoza
Chicken dumplings, cabbage slaw served with a spicy ginger soy dipping sauce.

Sticky Ribs
Slow roasted pork ribs in a sweet, sticky soy marinade garnished with toasted sesame seeds.

Korea

Another win for ribs, the short ribs in Korea were another delicious sample.

Beef Short Ribs (Galbi)
Marinated for 48 hours in a sweet & spicy sauce then grilled.

Mexico

You can’t go wrong with anything in Mexico. The shrimp tacos are a light and filling meal. Don’t skip the Sopapillas, they were a huge hit with my entire family.

Baja Grilled Shrimp
Red & green cabbage, coriander-lime aioli.

Sopapillas
Fried sweet dough topped with cinnamon, sugar and honey.

For adults the watermelon margarita and elote paired perfectly together.

Milagro tequila, watermelon and lime.

Deep Fried Elote con Queso
Deep fried corn on the cobb, mayonnaise, queso cotija, chili powder and lime.

Brazil

For a filling meal in Brazil, we enjoyed the deicious roast beef sandwich.

Roast beef, tomato, dill pickle & mozzarella cheese served on a crusty roll.

France

We couldn’t pass up the crepes in France and I’m so glad we stopped. These crepes were so savory and delicious we almost didn’t get a photo of them.

Turkey, Mushroom, Spinach and Swiss
Turkey breast, crimini mushrooms, spinach, swiss cheese with a parmesan cream sauce.

Hazelnut, Banana and Strawberry
Hazelnut spread with fresh bananas, macerated strawberries and vanilla whipped cream.

Carmel Apple
Sliced apples, butter crumble, caramel, and vanilla whipped cream.
