Something very beautiful happened when I became a mom. Growing up I was told quite often how great of a mom I would be. I always gravitated towards children and felt very maternal even as a child. I could have never imagined though just what becoming a mom would truly be like. It was so much more than protecting the kids I babysat for. My heart basically exploded, I became borderline over-protective and each day brought a new understanding for the beauty of life itself. Three children later and I still can’t say that there is anything “easy” about parenting. In-fact it is by far the hardest and scarriest job I have ever had. It takes patience, work, some tears and sacrifices everyday to be a parent and I wouldn’t change one second of it.
Celebrating babies firsts is something I look forward to and still do with all of my children as they hit new milestones. From that first kick in my belly when I thought “OMG this is really happening” to that first birthday and EVERYTHING in between. I reveled in that first pampers diaper, it was so small! I hosted a pampers firsts party a few weeks ago with my girlfriends and we talked all about our babies and all of those firsts. First smile, first teeth, first taste of solids even and how interesting that next diaper change is. One thing we can all agree on is the importance of a great diaper. It’s no wonder that the first diaper that gets put on each of my babies in the hospital is Pampers. The brand I turn to when I go home and the wipes I use beyond my children in diapers. They are soft and gentle enough that I don’t worry about chaffing or drying them out even when using on their hands and face.

One of my favorite perks about pampers is their rewards program I encourage all of my girlfriends to join Pampers Rewards to earn points and turn them into gifts. Create and share your own journey with Pampers here.
