I am a huge fan of up-cycling and re-purposing. The idea of creating something new from everyday items is one art form I wish I was better at. When I came across Maggie bags made from recycled material, I had to know more about them. Maggie Bags are stylish, sophisticated bags designed using seat belt webbing. Taking seat belt material and creating a line of “eco-chic” handbags made to withstand the test of time. These bags are made from the same material that save lives everyday.
My bags always double as a “mom hold this”, a diaper bag and other essentials carrier, so for me I need lots of space. I chose the bucket bag for it’s size and versatility. I had to go with the orange Maggie Tote it stood out and I couldn’t resist adding a pop of color. The bucket tote has an adjustable strap making it easy to wear your bag across your body. With three kiddos to keep track of, the versatility of easily throwing it over my body.
The purple lining adds another dimension of stylish fun to the bag. I also love it as a shoulder bag. This bag get’s lots of attention and I am constantly getting asked about it.
