I was invited to the preview of the first Pollo Tropical at 6819 N. 1604 W. in September and just this weekend the newest location which opened this past weekend is off of 281 North at 838 Bitters Road. The new Pollo Tropical is a 3,400-square-foot restaurant that seats 90+ guests,open daily from 10:30 a.m. to midnight.
