Recycling in the bathroom is simpler than you may think. Toilet paper rolls. tissue boxes, shampoo containers… are you recycling yours? You don’t have to be a genius to calculate all of the shampoo bottles you are tossing every year, bottom line it is a lot. Bathroom products are the least recycled and it’s a shame if you sit back and think about all of the approximately 552 million shampoo bottles that will end up in our landfills this year.
Before you toss your next bathroom product take a moment to see if it is recyclable or why not turn your stuff into a clever life hack. Toilet paper rolls double as kid crafts, pencil catchers, the possibilities are endless. Shampoo and body wash bottles make a clever phone holder while you charge it.
Add a bit of scrap material with hot glue to cover your phone holder.
