Tillamook Loaf Love Tour San Antonio
The day before Mother’s Day I was invited to the San Antonio Zoo for the TILLAMOOK GIVES BACK TO MOMS Loaf Love Tour. The boys and I where thrilled to make a day of the zoo, hangout with our local blogger friends and attend the event. Sadly this day was cut short. It was the day that started my two weeks of being sick. I got sick at the event and we left an hour or so in. Needless to say we missed all of the fun. Thank goodness my boys where good sports about the entire day.
The Tillamook reps where so thoughtful that they sent me a care package last week and I have been in Tillamook Cheese heaven since. Thank you Tillamook 🙂
This was about the time, I realized we needed to make our way to the truck. – Party over – no more Zoo fun for us. On the bright side, I have been a happy Tillamook loaf lover since.
Dinner tonight shredded Tillamook cheese crusted chicken (recipe to come soon) this was my trial and error recipe ;), baked potato, corn and cucumber vodka cooler.
Dinner was perfect!! Thanks Tillamook for inviting us and for thinking of me after the event.
