With the Schlitterbahn New Braunfels Season Pass, summer fun is waiting for you daily.  In May I shared our first mini-vacation since COVID with a weekend in New Braunfels at the Boogie Bay Condos Schlitterbahn resort. We had two full days at the Schlitterbahn waterpark and my family left  begging to go back. As a family of six I am always on the hunt for a way to maximize our dollar and include everyone in our family in on the fun. We have hit many local attractions this summer, but if we all know anything about this Texas weather, we all know that if you don’t have water included in the day, it’s just too hot to enjoy anything. 

Schlitterbahn New Braunfels sits on over 70 acres with 51 attractions. Even with two days at the park on our first visit we definitely needed more days to fully enjoy everything the waterpark has to offer.

A season pass at Schlitterbahn includes waterpark fun for all ages, all season. The park is unique in that it offers such a variety of attractions throughout the entire park. For my kids who range in ages from 4 through 20 it is the perfect summer escape that keeps everyone entertained at the same time. 

While half of my family takes on the Black Knight, I can escape with my youngest to Han’s Hideout. And when we all want a little more adventure, we escape to one of our favorite family rides like the Cliffhanger Tube Chute or The Falls. 

Is a Schlitterbahn New Braunfels Season Pass worth it? 

100% yes! Everyone has a different idea of what fun is when it comes to enjoying your day off. This waterpark is perfect for those that enjoy the big thrill rides, and those that just want to lounge on a true lazy river or sit with a drink in hand in a heated pool.  The Schlitterbahn New Braunfels waterpark is the perfect vacation for all types of thrills big and small. There are so many reasons Schlitterbahn fits into our summer. Breaking away for a couple of hours after a work day to entertain the kids with a picnic and a quick play in one of the kid friendly activity areas, or giving my teen some time to unwind at Boogie Bahn Surfing while I take in a book at the stadium seating viewing area are great ways to fill in our summer at Schlitterbahn New Braunfels.    

Setting up your Schlitterbahn Season Pass

The season pass is a completely digital experience. Purchase your ticket online. Since we have no plans to travel much this summer we opted for the New Braunfels only pass, but if you plan to visit any Cedar Fairs Park or Galveston, you may want to upgrade your park pass. Once purchased you can digitally add your personal information to your account online.  You will only need one account for your entire family if you plan to visit all together during the season. I personally manage all of my families passes on one account. That way we have less items to take in the park with us. We can digitally check in at the entrance with my phone in minutes. 

To set up your digital passes:

Log in to your Schlitterbahn account. Go to “my account”, “manage passes”, and last go to “add additional pass”. From there you will add your pass number on your receipt (in email). This is a long pass number. You can then add each persons photo and details. Hit save and you are done.
