Sweet Potato Coconut Puree
(3-6 mos) recipe inspired by Weelicious
Ingredients
- Earth’s Best Organic Sweet Potatoes Baby Food, 2.5 oz.
- 1/3 cup coconut milk (full fat or light)
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients in a Baby Bullet by Magic Bullet Complete Baby Food Prep System*.
- Puree until smooth.
- Serve.

Guava Puree
(3-6mos) – recipe inspired by Yummy Tummy.
Ingredients
- 3 guavas
Preparation
- Simmer guavas in a ½ cup of water until nice and soft.
- Blend in the blender.
- Put it through a strainer to get rid of the seeds.
- Cool and serve.

Butternut Squash and Plantain Puree
(3-6 mos) recipe inspired by Wholesome Baby Food.
Ingredients
- up & up® Baby Food Butternut Squash Green Beans 3.5 oz
- 1/2 plantain peeled and roughly chopped
- 6 oz of chicken stock
Preparation
- Put the chopped plantain into a saucepan and pour in the chicken broth.
- Bring the mixture to the boil, then lower the heat.
- Simmer for around 10 minutes, until the plantains are fork tender (like cooked potato) and drain.
- Place cooked plantain with up & up® Baby Food Butternut Squash Green Beans in a Baby Bullet by Magic Bullet Complete Baby Food Prep System* and puree until smooth.
- Cool and serve.

Arroz con Leche Inspired Pumpkin Puree
(6-9 mos)
Ingredients
- up & up® Baby Food Pumpkin Spinach 3.5 oz
- 1/2 cup rice milk
- A pinch of cinnamon
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients in a Baby Bullet by Magic Bullet Complete Baby Food Prep System*.
- Puree until smooth.
- Serve.

Pureed chicken with yucca
(9-12 mos) inspired by the Tiki Tiki blog.
Ingredients
- 1 chicken thigh
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1-medium carrot, chopped
- 1/2 celery stalk, chopped
- 1/2 yucca, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 cup chicken stock or broth
Preparation
- Roast chicken thigh skin-on for about 30 minutes, until done.
- Allow to cool.
- Remove the skin and discard.
- Remove the meat from the bone and chop into small pieces.
- In a small pan, cook onion in olive oil until soft.
- Add the chicken, carrot, celery, yucca, tomato paste and stock to the pan. Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook on low heat until the carrot is very tender, about 20 minutes.
- Place all the ingredients in a Baby Bullet by Magic Bullet Complete Baby Food Prep System*.
- Puree this mixture until very smooth.
