Cirque Italia Review

Here’s a peek into my Instagram Story from the night.

I had no idea how entertained my kids would be since the only circus they have ever been to included animals and over the top clowns. Once we made it to the huge white and blue tent I could see the excitement building in my boys’ eyes. We were met by a concession stand with their favorites; funnel cakes, sno cones and cotton candy. Once we made it to our seats I was pleasantly surprised that there is not a bad seat in the house. There are rows that line the stage and they are all extremely accessible.

I was hesitant to take my one-year-old, but we decided to take her because she was free as a lap child and I’m so glad we took her. She had enough room to stand up in the aisle which was a huge relief for me since she does tend to get bored of sitting and will usually occupy herself if she can at least stand and move between my husband and I. She was captivated from the minute it started, it was loud and there were a few times that I thought the bright lights might have bothered her, but she didn’t seem to mind one bit.

For my seven and nine-year-old, they thought the show was fantastic. We constantly locked eyes after every crazy stunt, biting our nails and holding our breath. From the wheel of death to the tightrope performers we couldn’t believe how brave they were. Overall we loved every second of the two-hour show and didn’t want it to end.
