My favorite Cream Corn Recipe


We have altered this recipe probably a dozen times and I have finally gotten it to taste like perfection. 

4 – Cans Del Monte Kernel Corn, drained 
1 – softened diced cream cheese 8 oz.
3/4 Cup milk
3 tablespoons softened butter
1 – 2 tablespoons Sugar (to taste)
In a large saucepan on medium to high heat add diced up cream cheese, milk and softened butter.  Stir in cans of cream cheese.  Mix constantly to avoid over heating.  Once the liquid has blended well and there are no more chunks of cream cheese add in the sugar to taste.
I think the sweeter the better.  
That’s it!  We serve this with just about everything.  The kids absolutely love it.
