Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe
I am obsessed with Franks RedHot sauce. We have been making wings for a quick snack, and by far the Franks RedHot sauce produces the best flavor. I was searching around for different ways to incorporate this sauce when I found the buffalo chicken dip recipe. The first time I made it according to the directions and we thought it was pretty good. I have tweaked the original buffalo chicken dip recipe off the Franks site just a bit. We love creamy sauce and I loathe canned chicken from the original recipe.
This is the perfect dip for a party also. Just prepare according to directions and keep it covered in the refrigerator and leave the last baking steps for right before guests arrive.
Buffalo Chicken Dip Ingredients:
(2) 8 oz. pkg. Cream cheese {softened}
1/2 Cup Ranch salad dressing
1/4 – 1/2 Cup any flavor FRANK’S REDHOT Sauce (when the kids are eating with us we go with 1/4 and when it’s for buffalo lovers we go with 1/2 and add a little more if requested)
1/2 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 breasts boiled and shredded chicken
Boil chicken and shred.

Bake cream cheese in deep baking dish 15 minutes or until smooth.
Mix in salad dressing, Frank’s RedHot Sauce and 1/4 mozzarella cheese.
Stir in chicken.
BAKE 20 min.
Stir and add remaining mozzarella cheese to top and bake 8 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips & veggies.
Simple Buffalo Chicken Dip
This is a simple no fail recipe. The most time consuming part is boiling the chicken.
