AirFryer Breakfast Italian Frittata in 10 minutes

This is why today I introduce you to the Philips Airfryer, you may remember me sharing a bit of the live demo I attended with MasterChef Luca Manfé on twitter and instagram a few weeks ago. We whipped up this delicious Italian fritata in about 10 minutes.  


The beauty of making a Frittata at home is customizing it with ingredients you love and what you have on hand in your home. For my Frittata I used sausage, cherry tomatoes, 3 eggs, parsley, olive oil, shredded cheese and a dash of salt and pepper.  Preheat your airfryer to 360 degrees. Place uncooked chopped sausage, halved cherry tomatoes and 1 teaspoon olive oil in your preheated Philips air fryer pan for 5 minutes.  Beat eggs in a bowl and place over sausage and tomatoes add a handful of chopped parsley, a handful of cheese, sprinkle over salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes longer.

There you have it, your Italian Frittata is fluffy and delicious with a bite full of everything you love every time.

  1. I own a Philips AirFryer and use it often to enjoy French Fries, Fried Plantains, Chicken Wings, Chicken Fried Steak, Homemade Sweet Potato Tater Tots, you name it! IT’S AMAZING! Everybody should have one! Just saying…

  2. It is exactly my favourite recipe for Frittata. Sometimes I use unsalted butter in stead. For some, they do not stick to any particular Frittata recipe as it is a wide range to cook Frittata but I only love this one. Make it even every morning a week.
