We whipped up this delicious Italian fritata in about 10 minutes.
The beauty of making a Frittata at home is customizing it with ingredients you love and what you have on hand in your home. For my Frittata I used sausage, cherry tomatoes, 3 eggs, parsley, olive oil, shredded cheese and a dash of salt and pepper. Preheat your airfryer to 360 degrees. Place uncooked chopped sausage, halved cherry tomatoes and 1 teaspoon olive oil in your preheated Philips air fryer pan for 5 minutes. Beat eggs in a bowl and place over sausage and tomatoes add a handful of chopped parsley, a handful of cheese, sprinkle over salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes longer.
There you have it, your Italian Frittata is fluffy and delicious with a bite full of everything you love every time.
