I Cancelled Verizon Wireless: Visible Referral Code and get Visible for $5

Visible Review why I switched

I am always looking for ways to cut costs. Our cable bill, our internet provider, and now our cell phone service.

It seems the competition to beat over-priced companies are endless these days. After digging and searching for the best way to cut our Verizon bill, we stumbled on Visible.

How To pay $25 a month for your cell phone with Visible

If you’ve never heard of Visible, you are not alone, I hadn’t either. Turns out Visible is owned by Verizon. They are a strictly online app based company with no brick and mortar store.

What do you get from Visible with a line of service

  • No contracts
  • Powered by Verizon, 5G included
  • Unlimited minutes and messages
  • Unlimited data
  • Unlimited hotspot
  • Wifi calling on compatible devices
  • Calling & texting to Canada & Mexico
  • Visible supports both Apple and Android devices.

The Visible price point for one phone line is technically $40, but if you jump on a party plan you will score a line of service for $25 a month. Basically this wireless company allows you to pay month to month with a party plan concept. Get 1 line for $40, 2 lines for $35, 3 lines for $30, and 4+ lines for $25. The concept of party plans means you can jump into anyone’s group and everyone pays their own bill so you can join anyones party plan, even if you don’t know them.

Don’t need 4 phone lines? Join my Visible party plan

If you have an unlocked phone switching over from any overpriced wireless company will be the best money saving decision you make today.

My Thoughts

I’m on my fifth month as a visible customer. Overall the switch to Visible has been a great experience with very little hiccups. Visible is an unlimited phone plan with no strings attached. Signing up with Visible was easy, before you cancel your current provider make sure you order a sim card if Visible says it is required for your phone. Once my Sim card arrived (about 24 hours) I had to call Verizon and get them to cancel my service and release my phone number as a Verizon customer.

I have had zero issues making calls, using facetime, and sending texts. Coverage is fantastic.

Because I spend a majority of my time using my phone for online apps mostly social media and the internet, I’ve found that being on wifi is my best bet for zero lag or buffering. If I am out and about I do notice some lag time and watching videos or downloading sometimes buffers. I did see this with Verizon very rarely, with Visible I get a bit less data speed and will randomly notice buffering. Nothing that lasts longer than 10-15 seconds, but it still can get annoying.

We now have 4 lines in our own Visible party pay plan which maximizes the best deal Visible offers. 4 lines of service is just $100 total, no extra fees or taxes.
