My Thoughts
I’m on my fifth month as a visible customer. Overall the switch to Visible has been a great experience with very little hiccups. Visible is an unlimited phone plan with no strings attached. Signing up with Visible was easy, before you cancel your current provider make sure you order a sim card if Visible says it is required for your phone. Once my Sim card arrived (about 24 hours) I had to call Verizon and get them to cancel my service and release my phone number as a Verizon customer.
I have had zero issues making calls, using facetime, and sending texts. Coverage is fantastic.
Because I spend a majority of my time using my phone for online apps mostly social media and the internet, I’ve found that being on wifi is my best bet for zero lag or buffering. If I am out and about I do notice some lag time and watching videos or downloading sometimes buffers. I did see this with Verizon very rarely, with Visible I get a bit less data speed and will randomly notice buffering. Nothing that lasts longer than 10-15 seconds, but it still can get annoying.
