The SeaWorld San Antonio Seven Seas Food and Wine festival is back for the second year. If you caught my instagram and snapchats last weekend, you saw my excitement over visiting 12 countries near the Mediterranean, North Atlantic, Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean, North Pacific, Pacific Ocean and South Atlantic throughout the park. The festival includes cooking demonstrations and live entertainment to set the mood for each of the Seven Seas ambiance.

Visit the park during the festival every weekend through May 15.

11 AM until the park closes

The 2nd annual SeaWorld San Antonio Seven Seas Food and Wine festival will feature more than 65 chef-created dishes, unique wines, craft cocktails and beers. I made my way through the Seven Seas Food Festival to give you a sneak peek at what you are missing out on.

Paella with chicken, pork, clams, mussels, shrimp & saffron infused rice is a dish not to pass up.

The Cooking With Coke special guest for the weekend was Chef Jeff White from the Boiler House.

Chef Jeff shared a cooking demonstration of scrumptious pork carnita infused in Coca-Cola. I could have eaten ten of these.

A must try are the Tapas with flank Steak with Herbed Cream Cheese, Roasted Red Pepper on Toast.

Charcutrie Con Queso y Aceitunas is a spanish chorizo, jamon serano, manchego cheese, marinated olives and toast.

The Pacific Ocean celebrates Asian Pacific countries with family entertainment with drummers of Japan.

My favorite Pacific Ocean dish was the Korean Beef Short Ribs. The ribs are marinated for 48 hours in a sweet & spicy sauce and grilled to perfection.

Visit the South Atlantic countries of Argentina and Brazil. The decor is gorgeous and perfect for fiesta time.
